DATA SCIENTIST AND ARTIST
ABOUT ME
I am a data science and design student interested in exploring the intersection of computational sciences, design and fashion. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I am currently enrolled in Minerva Schools, a “mobile” university whose rotating campuses will take me to 7 different cities around the world over the course of my undergraduate program. Between June and August 2018 I was based in Cape Town as a design/editorial intern for Design Indaba, an online design publication which hosts an annual international design festival. During my 2018 fall semester in Berlin, I complemented my studies by working on marketing and communications at an online fashion magazine and creative agency, LISSOME. I am currently based in Buenos Aires for my 2019 spring semester.

BIG MOUTH HOUSE PACKAGING DESIGN
Big Mouth House is a South African retailer which focuses on locally produced products with satirical and/or humorous packaging. The designs below were created as a set of box covers for cards with quotations around the theme of “Dear me at 18…” The designs were created on Adobe Illustrator
ADOBE SPARK DESIGN PROJECT
The project explores representations of people through different visualisations. The visualisations were created from data collected of people’s lives, such as daily routines, interests and voice frequency, and through multimedia designs in photography and film.
WEB DEVELOPMENT FOR OLSPS
OLSPS is a predictive analytics and fisheries analysis company based in Cape Town, South Africa which provides data and software solutions in many industries.
